Challenge:
The client wanted to attract new patients for their non-invasive back pain relief services but struggled to generate cost-effective leads. They needed an efficient way to drive high-quality appointment bookings and increase local awareness of their clinic.
Solution:
We developed a highly targeted Facebook Ads campaign designed to convert potential patients into booked appointments. To ensure the campaign resonated with the clinic’s ideal audience, we focused on precise audience targeting, identifying individuals within a 10-mile radius of the clinic who were 30-65 years old and expressed interest in health, wellness, and pain relief. The ad creative featured testimonials from satisfied patients, educational messaging about back pain treatment options, and an irresistible offer: “Get $50 Off Your First Appointment”
To streamline the booking process, we implemented Facebook’s lead forms, allowing users to schedule appointments directly from the ad with ease. Throughout the campaign, we conducted continuous optimization by A/B testing headlines, images, and calls-to-action, refining every element to maximize conversions and reduce costs. These strategies worked cohesively to drive exceptional results for the clinic.
Results:
The campaign delivered exceptional results, generating over 1,800 appointment bookings at $20 per lead. Through our paid media efforts, the client was able to consistently fill their clinic’s schedule.
